What we do with what you tell us.

This page covers the enquiry form on jet24.me. It is written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because you should be able to read it in a minute and know exactly where your phone number goes.
Who is responsible

What the form collects

We do not ask for passport, payment or identity details through this website. If a booking goes ahead, those are handled separately and directly with the operator.
Why we are allowed to hold it
You asked us for a quote, so we process it to take steps at your request before entering a contract. The technical data is kept on the narrower basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the form working and free of abuse.
Where it goes
- Stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the EU.
- Emailed to us so an advisor sees it immediately.
- Cloudflare acts as our processor for hosting, storage and mail delivery.
We do not sell enquiry data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the operator required to quote or fly your specific trip.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted after 24 months. Ask us sooner and we will delete yours immediately — there is no form to fill in, an email is enough.
Cookies, analytics and your browser
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Language choice. If you switch between English and Montenegrin, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
- Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is made and hosted in the EU, and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Both are cookieless. Neither sets an identifier on your device, fingerprints you, follows you across other websites, or builds a profile of you. They tell us how many people visited, which pages they read and roughly where in the world they were — nothing about who they are.
What you can ask for
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to fly@jet24.me and we will deal with it within 30 days. If you are in the EU or Montenegro and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Short version: we keep your phone number so we can call you back about the flight you asked about, we delete it when you ask, and nobody else gets it.
